When you think of Charlotte, North Carolina, there are two thoughts that immediately come to mind. One thought is that Charlotte is known as “The Queen City.” It is also affectionately known as “The Gem of the South.” Indeed, Charlotte holds true to both thoughts. It is regal and priceless. It’s regal and priceless not only because of the prosperity and growth of a city, but because of the the kind-hearted people who are the true riches of Charlotte. Amongst these, “Gems” is Pastor John P. Kee (The Prince of Gospel). Pastor Kee lives in and serves the people of Charlotte by delivering the Gospel through Word and song. Pastor Kee is the Senior Pastor of New Life Fellowship Center located at 1337 Samuel Street, Charlotte, NC. All are welcomed to attend Sunday Morning Worship Service at 10:00am and Thursday Evening Kingdom Klass (Bible Study) at 7:00pm. You are sure to get the Gospel preached with the power to change your life. But, this article is not about Pastor John P. Kee and his preaching. It is not about Pastor Kee and his ministry that feeds the hungry, houses the homeless, takes care of widows and children, removes guns from the streets and the over 70 ministries to meet the needs of anybody living in Charlotte, NC. This article is about highlighting the amazing “Victory In Praise” Week sponsored by Pastor John P. Kee and the support of the Partakers of New Live Fellowship Center. Pastor John P. Kee provided an opportunity for the people of Charlotte to be soul satisfied by opening the doors of New Life Fellowship Center and hosting Victory In Praise, better known as V.I.P Week. It was a week of powerful preaching and singing. It was a week full of workshops that helped develop, enhance and grow service in ministry and was TOTALLY FREE! There was NO COST to attend the week of workshops, during the day or the New Artist Showcase in the evening. Well, the open invitation of New Life Fellowship Center for V.I.P Week was well received. The folks came out and they packed the house with family, neighbors and friends to hear the powerful preaching of Bishop Rance Allen, Bishop David Evans, Pastor Travis Green, Pastor Ypj, Bishop Ronald Godbee and none other than Pastor John. P. Kee. However, power was not just in the preaching because there was Praise & Worship before the preached Word. Prasie & Worship began with the New Life Fellowship Worshipers led by Minister Jamal Newton, followed by the likes of Kirisma Evans, Isaiah Templeton, Yael Hilton, Zacardi Cortez, “Yoli” DeBerry, “Gene”, Tallie Rogers and Shawn Bigsby. If you are not familiar with the “powerhouses” of Praise and Worship, then as they used to say, “You better ask, somebody.” Yes, ask about V.I.P and you will get an answer. The Partakers of New Life Fellowship have an answer. They will tell you all about V.I.P and willingly share their experience. As you view the Official Video of the latest hit by John P. Kee, “I Made It Out, you will hear the joy, see the passion and understand the message in his music that clearly shows that the “Prince of Gospel” is more than Royalty in the Queen City; He is Pastor to a people and a Servant of God.
