You do not have to work out 45-60 minutes a day 6 days a week. If you do 25 to 30 minutes of cardio or HITT (High Intensity Interval Training 5 days a week preferably in the morning, it will help to keep your metabolism up to help you burn those extra summer empty calories that you are enjoying like ice cream and brownies.
