Here are my tips on training hard and training smart.
*The most neglected habit people fail to do is properly stretch. There are a lot of things going on at the cellular level in your muscles. You must prepare your body for the stress you are about to put it though. You skip stretching and you expose your self to injury…Always stretch!
*Rest is just as important. You need a chance to repair the microfiber tears in your muscles. Rest is just as important as your diet.
*Listen to your body, you should be sore and hurting, BUT NOT IN PAIN. As you train know the difference, learn your limits, and stop. Injuries are undesirable and often avoidable setbacks. Good luck and train smart.
